Ollie is a licensed plumber and gas-fitter, so a gas changeover is handled end-to-end without subbies. We pull the old unit, fit the new one, pressure-test the lines and leave the site clean. Workmanship is covered by a 5-year guarantee.

If your unit is leaking from the base or rusting at the seams, it's done — replacement is cheaper than the next callout. Send a photo of the data plate and we'll quote before we arrive.

Cooktop swap, oven install, new BBQ point or a hot water gas line — gas work has to be done by a licensed fitter, full stop. Ollie holds the gas-fitting authorisation and is on every gas job we run.

Every job ends with a certificate of compliance, which is what you need for insurance and for selling the property. We'll test the line, check appliance pressure and tag the work properly.

You get a written report with images, suitable for an insurance claim. From there we can repair the leak or hand the report to your builder.
